I've been teaching data visualization for two years now, at the University of Chicago and at DePaul University. There's nothing that energizes me more than talking about data visualization and noticing how, gradually, my students develop a new level of appreciation for best practices.
What fuels my passion for teaching? CHANGE! I provide my students with the tools to think and act differently when it comes to data visualization, based on key best practices.
So, I decided to put some of the lessons that I teach into short videos.
The goal is to promote #dataviz best practices, share knowledge and lead to CHANGE in the way business professionals create and think about graphs.
