I am beyond excited to share my latest MakeoverMonday data visualization. This week's topic was obsetric fistula and the data was provided by Operation Fistula, an organization that aims to end fistula for every woman, everywhere.
It was truly an honor to work with such critical data. It made me understand at a much deeper level what it means to be humanizing data through visualizations.
As Hans Rosling, a great statistician and data storytelling genius, once said: "Few people will appreciate the music if I just show them the notes. Most of us need to hear it."
I hope that the #dataviz below makes the voices of women affected by fistula heard.
